• Randell's Mill Bed & Breakfast is ‘strictly non smoking’ inside the cottage. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. If we find evidence of smoking inside the cottage, we reserve the right to apply a minimum cleaning fee of $200.00 which will be charged to the guest's account.
• It is the guests' responsibility on departure to leave the cottage tidy and in a respectable condition. If extra cleaning is necessary, a minimum charge of $50.00 will apply.
• We are aware that accidents occur, any breakages or damages to goods and property of Randell's Mill B&B is the guests' responsibility to pay for on their departure.

Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to arrival date will be entitled to a refund of deposit paid, less a $50.00 cancellation fee or alternatively be entitled to transfer deposit for a future booking.

Cancellations notified less than 14 days prior to arrival date, will forfeit the full deposit/all monies paid. When a booking has been made 14 days or less prior to arrival date, and cancelled, the full deposit/voucher/all monies will be forfeited

If you do not arrive or do not stay for the entire number of nights booked, no refund will be given.
